Productivity Calendly

One of my favorite productivity tools is Calendly.  In fact it’s been a total game changer for my business and my digital marketer coaching clients.

What is a Calendly?  Ever find yourself frustrated trying to set up a meeting or appointment with another person and it seems like it takes 10 emails back and forth to find a time?  Have you ever thought how much time you are wasting doing this?

Calendly is an online appointment booking software that automates the process and saves you a boat load of time.

All you have to do is send the person a specific Calendly link and they click the link and pick the time that works best for them.  The good news is that Calendly syncs directly with your Google Calendar and you can fully customize your availability. Once they book a time, you receive an email with the details and the appointment goes directly into your Google calendar.

For example:

I opened up 8:30-11:30am on Mondays for 15 minute Readiness audit calls for my coaching program, 6-Figure Freedom.  I already have sessions booked from 9:30-11:30am, so the person looking to book sees that during 8:30-915am slots are available.

Calendly has quite a few useful customizable features including adding buffer time between appointments (if desired) and asking the person to answer questions at the time of booking.  In my calendly, I ask every person, “What’s the most important priority for this appointment?”  This helps me set the tone, the agenda and focus for the appointment.

You can automate the process even more by creating a button on your website that points to your calendly link and clients or prospective clients can book directly.

Calendly has a free version which includes one type of appointment.  I use the paid version so I can include multiple types and lengths of appointments, but it is super reasonable (~$10 per month).

I often get asked what tools I use or people I recommend. Here are more of my favorites.
